Career Opportunity: Associate Lawyer
We are currently seeking to recruit a talented and driven Associate Lawyer to join the team in Nicosia.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious matters for a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft memos, contracts, court pleadings, and legal opinions.
- Assist senior lawyers with case preparation, hearings, and client meetings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and public authorities.
- Prepare and manage legal documentation and maintain case files.
- Assistance with the Cyprus Migration Department.
- Real estate transaction support.
- Company incorporations and administration in Cyprus and other jurisdictions.
- Account opening procedures with banks and financial institutions.
- Stay up to date with legal developments and assist in ongoing training or compliance work.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB); admission to the bar or pending admission.
- 0–3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong general computing and IT skills, including legal research tools and document management systems.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines.
- Professional integrity and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
