Stavriana is the Founder of S. Antoniou & Associates LLC law firm in Cyprus and a practicing lawyer with more than twelve years’ experience with regards to financial services regulatory work, investment funds with emphasis on alternative asset classes, corporate governance, anti-money laundering compliance and corporate and commercial transactions advisory. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2011 and served through various roles in large legal, investment and corporate services firms both in Cyprus and in South Africa.

Stavriana holds an LLB degree from Democritus University of Thrace, Greece, is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments (CISI) and a member of various organisations such as the Rotary Club of Nicosia and AIPFE Cyprus about Women’s role in society. Stavriana is an Executive Board Member at Fidescorp Ventures VCIC Ltd operating as an umbrella fund, with its first investment compartment named FIDES I DISTRESSED FUND investing in distressed real estate and private equity in Cyprus and the Internal Auditor of the QGF Quality Growth Fund Ltd.
